1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using FlyNode's hosting platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FlyNode provides dedicated infrastructure for deploying applications, automation tools, and AI agents under a shared resource-pool subscription plan. Plans, pricing, and resource limits are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FlyNode to host illegal content, distribute malware, mine cryptocurrency without disclosure, or engage in activity that disrupts other customers' use of the shared infrastructure.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect according to the billing cycle in progress.
5. Limitation of liability
FlyNode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
